Every seller on Medaann has gone through CNIC identity verification before their store goes live. You're always dealing with a real, identifiable person or business.

All product and seller reviews are from real buyers who have placed orders. Fake or incentivised reviews are prohibited and removed when detected.

Full Chat History

Every conversation with a seller is saved in your account. You can refer back to any promise, quote, or agreement made in chat when resolving a dispute.

Order Records

Every order you place is recorded with full item details, seller information, shipping address, and timestamps. You always have a clear paper trail.

Report & Moderation

You can report a seller or a listing at any time. Our team reviews reports and acts swiftly — including suspending sellers who violate platform rules.

Support Team

If you're unable to resolve a dispute directly with a seller, our support team can step in to mediate and help reach a fair resolution.

Important: payments happen off-platform

Medaann does not process or hold payments. All payments are made directly between you and the seller — typically via bank transfer. This means we cannot reverse a payment or issue a refund on your behalf. Always confirm the seller's legitimacy and agree on all terms before sending any money.

How to buy safely

Follow these six steps to protect yourself on every purchase.

Check the seller's profile

Review the seller's rating, the number of reviews, and how long they've been on the platform. Look at previous buyer feedback to gauge reliability.

Chat before you pay

Use the built-in chat to ask the seller about product details, stock availability, delivery timelines, and payment arrangements. Keep all agreements in writing.

Confirm everything in writing

Before making a bank transfer, make sure the price, product specifications, quantity, and delivery date are clearly agreed in the chat. Screenshots are your friend.

Use secure payment methods

Pay via bank transfer to the seller's verified bank account. Avoid paying via third-party wallets or cash-on-hand to unverified contacts. Never pay before seeing proof of stock.

Inspect before accepting

When goods arrive, inspect them before marking the order as received. If something is wrong, document it with photos immediately and contact the seller through the platform chat.

Leave an honest review

After your order is complete, leave an accurate review. Your feedback helps other buyers make informed decisions and keeps sellers accountable.

When things go wrong

Dispute resolution process

Follow these steps if you have an issue with an order or a seller.

Step 1

Contact the seller

Start by messaging the seller directly in the chat. Explain the issue clearly and reference any agreements made. Most disputes are resolved at this stage.

Step 2

Allow reasonable time

Give the seller 48–72 hours to respond and propose a resolution. Sellers are expected to respond promptly to dispute messages.

Step 3

Escalate to Medaann support

If the seller is unresponsive or the resolution is unsatisfactory, contact our support team at support@medaann.com with your order details and chat screenshots.

Step 4

Medaann reviews the case

Our team will review the evidence, contact both parties, and work towards a fair resolution. Where a seller is found to be at fault, we will take appropriate action including warnings, suspension, or permanent removal.

Is my payment protected by Medaann?

Payments on Medaann are made directly between you and the seller via bank transfer — we do not process or hold payments. This means we cannot reverse a payment or issue a refund on your behalf. We strongly recommend verifying the seller and agreeing all terms in chat before transferring any money.

What should I do if I paid but never received my order?

First, contact the seller through the platform chat and ask for an update or tracking information. If the seller does not respond within 72 hours or cannot provide proof of dispatch, escalate to our support team at support@medaann.com with your order number and payment proof.

Can I get a refund if the product is not as described?

Refunds are subject to the individual seller's return policy. Contact the seller immediately with photos of the product. If the seller refuses to cooperate and the product is materially different from the listing, report it to our support team — we will investigate and may suspend the seller.

How do I know a seller is genuine?

All sellers on Medaann are CNIC-verified. You can check a seller's rating, number of completed orders, and buyer reviews on their store page. Sellers with a history of positive reviews and high ratings are a safer choice.

Can Medaann force a seller to refund me?

Medaann does not process payments and therefore cannot issue refunds directly. However, we can investigate complaints, mediate disputes, and take action against sellers who violate our Terms of Service — including removing them from the platform.

What if a seller is rude or harassing me?

You can block a seller from your chat settings and report them using the report button on their profile. Our moderation team will review the report and take appropriate action.
